- Acetaminophen 650 mg
- Dextromethorphan HBr 20 mg
- Shake well before use.
- Adults and children 12 years and over: 30 mL (2 tablespoons) every 4 hours.
- Do not exceed 6 doses in 24 hours.
Do not use if you are taking other medications containing acetaminophen. Keep out of reach of children. Ask a doctor if symptoms persist. Store at room temperature between 59–86°F (15–30°C). Do not refrigerate.
