- Dextromethorphan HBr 5 mg
- Guaifenesin 50 mg
- Children ages 2–6 years: ½–1 teaspoon every 4 hours
- Children ages 6–12 years: 1–2 teaspoons every 4 hours
- Children under 2 years: ask a doctor
- Do not exceed 6 doses in 24 hours.
